Rootse & Co. Ltd is a UK private limited company, registered in England & Wales, providing SEO, AI search optimisation, web design, paid media, social media, branding and custom software. We specialise in dental practices, solicitors and e-commerce brands, and work remotely with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Why we exist
Too many small businesses pay agencies for activity rather than results: reports full of impressions, account managers who can't answer technical questions, and websites that look fine but quietly lose enquiries.
We set Rootse & Co. up to work differently. We stay small, so senior people do the work. We combine marketing with hands-on engineering, so technical problems get fixed rather than reported. And we tell clients the truth about what their budget can achieve.
How we work
- Remote-first. Our team works remotely across time zones. We meet by video and keep everything documented, so nothing gets lost.
- Tracking before tactics. We set up measurement before we spend your budget, so every result can be checked.
- No lock-in. Rolling monthly agreements after setup, with 30 days' notice. You own all accounts, code and content.
- Regulation-aware. We know the GDC and SRA rules and the CAP Code, and build them in from the start.

Arif
Co-founder — Strategy, SEO & Technology
Arif leads strategy, search and engineering at Rootse & Co. He has around ten years of hands-on server and web operations behind him: WooCommerce and PHP development, Laravel and Flutter builds, Cloudflare security rules and incident forensics. He runs the technical side of every engagement, so the person diagnosing your site is the person fixing it.
Prince Thampi
Director — UK Client Relationships
Prince is the UK-based director of Rootse & Co. He is the first point of contact for UK clients and makes sure every engagement has clear goals, honest reporting and someone accountable on UK hours.
